This recognition isn’t just a milestone, it’s a celebration of what BIM KARELA stands for: structured, meaningful collaboration that makes projects actually work!

We were honoured to be recognised alongside forward-thinking organisations like ONE Creative Environments (ONE), University of Worcester, COWI, and BEAst. Each of them is doing incredible work to push BIM collaboration forward. To have BIM KARELA named among such established names is a huge achievement for our small but mighty team.

Why It Matters?

Collaboration is often talked about in BIM, but rarely implemented in a way that truly connects people, processes, and platforms. Too many projects still suffer from misaligned teams, chaotic reviews, and inconsistent workflows. At BIM KARELA, we’ve made it our mission to change that.

Over the past year, we’ve worked hard to make BIM a real enabler of collaboration, not just a BIM modelling tool, but a project delivery strategy that supports high-quality outcomes with clarity and efficiency.

What We Delivered?

This nomination reflects our work across multiple fronts, where we’ve:

✅ Optimised Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
Implemented adequate training to the audience, custom review workflows and structured data management aligned with ISO 19650, reducing miscommunication and increasing project efficiency.

✅ Developed a Multidisciplinary Clash Detection Framework
Created a RIBA stage-specific matrix that helped reduce clashes, align focus, and minimise rework across teams.

✅ Standardised BEPs (BIM Execution Plans)
Our dynamic BEP template adapts to client needs, aligns with ISO 19650, and brings everyone under one clear, structured process, therefore, no more one-size-fits-none documents.

✅ Empowered Teams Through Targeted Training
With skills matrices and Lessons Learnt workshops, we boosted active BIM adoption, because templates only work when people know how (and want) to use them.
